Sealability have been busy recently with a modular range of ThermaTech cleaning equipment, here you can see our trained operative using the machine which is producing superheated water at temperatures of up to 150℃ with the use of no harsh chemicals.

As you can see the eco-friendly vaporized water is stripping away all organic matter as soon as it’s touching the stonework. So there is no need for a 2nd application.

This machine producing superheated water is so delicate and eco-friendly, it is highly recommended, causing no damage to the surface, killing all biological spores, preventing regrowth and returning the surface to it’s natural colour.
